A small family-owned factory in Argentina specializes in customized PVC keychains. As order volumes increased, manual dispensing became a major bottleneck. Multi-color designs were difficult to align, colors often spread, and the defect rate remained high, leading to frequent customer complaints.

Our Solution:
We provided an entry-level smart production setup:
▶️ 1 upgraded AI-controlled PVC filling machine (with Auto Needle Alignment + UV Curing)
▶️ 1 smart double-station oven

The auto needle alignment feature eliminated repetitive manual positioning, while UV curing allowed each color to solidify immediately, preventing color bleeding and improving edge clarity. The double-station oven ensured stable and efficient baking for soft PVC products.
